When notified by you, Sea Wheels will promptly dispatch an investigator to the scene of the accident. The investigator we send will be a person who has spent his entire life in a shipboard environment.
In the case of a collision, grounding, or similar mishaps involving the Rules of the Road and/or ColRegs, we will have an investigator who has lived by these rules...not just studied them, and will be considered an expert witness in any maritime court in the world.
Upon completion of the investigation, we will present you with the written report and, (at your request) write an in-depth repair/cost evaluation.
